As part of our commitment to decolonizing and unsettling our herbal studies and addressing historic & ongoing systemic injustice, we offer a Reparations Program specifically for Indigenous people, Black people, and all People of Color. This rate acknowledges the ongoing impacts of racist systems that continue to hold power today.
This rate is not based on financial need. We recognize that many Indigenous People, Black People, and other People of Color may not be in financial need, but still deserve this rate as a step toward restorative justice. Our goal is to honor and support the communities that have been most affected by these injustices.
Here at Wild Dandelion, we know that we're all in this together. We're committed to doing our best to create a safe and inclusive space for all of our members. This is an actively anti-racist and actively inclusive space. Our goal is to create a space where everyone feels safe, heard, and understood.
We believe in doing our best to create an inclusive and supportive community. By offering equitable pricing, we aim to recognize systemic inequities and ensure our services are accessible to everyone.
Note: We respect your privacy. No one but Jenna and our team will know that this is your payment option, unless you choose to share it with them.
Here at Wild Dandelion, we recognize that the herbal industry is an inherently racist space, built on the injustices and colonization of the past, and that these injustices continue in the systems that are in place today.
Additionally, I personally recognize that decolonizing/unsettling my influence as a white herbal educator is a lifelong journey. I welcome and appreciate feedback about any and all of this. If you are inspired, please feel free to share your experiences and suggestions about how we could do better. Your input holds deep meaning to me personally, and is very important to our growth as a community.
